Grace Assisted Living Nampa Idaho offers Independent Living and Assisted Living at its senior living location off 12th Avenue and Hawaii on Sunny Ridge Rd. Looking out onto Liberty Park, this senior living community is surrounded by family homes, shopping, restaurants, and professional and medical offices. Our residents, like those in most senior living communities, appreciate a quiet setting close to things that make it convenient to the things they need and want to do.
Beautiful fireplaces with sofas and chairs make a friendly or family visit comfortable for small or large groups. Comfortable seating for the library area includes a fireplace also. Our private dining room is perfect for your special occasions and family birthday parties. The grand piano in the dining area is often used and appreciated by the residents and by the musicians who come to provide entertainment.
All residents enjoy the movie theater with the big lounge chairs and popcorn machine. The game tables and activity rooms are popular, and our gym and salon keep everyone looking and feeling their best.
The Grace bus is equipped with motorized lifts for wheelchairs so that residents can enjoy the bus for “Mystery Rides” and country drives where ice cream stops are not unusual. The bus is also convenient for residents’ shopping and medical appointments. Sometimes the bus delivers the Lunch Bunch to the restaurant of their choice.
Tasty meals at Grace Assisted Living are thoughtfully planned by a professional chef and prepared and served by well-trained staff. There is always something fun or interesting in the way of Activities, from jigsaw puzzles, bingo, table games, cards, crafts, and so much more. Ice cream socials, holiday celebrations, and frequent musical performances are a part of the normal routine. We love the sing-a-longs that some of the entertainers include.
Care at Grace Assisted Living is also a big part of the senior living experience. Our team of RNs, LPNs, CNAs and Medication Technicians are carefully trained for assisted living communities. Most recently, Dr. Aaron Moorhouse and Dr. Jason Ludwig have joined the Grace team as our Medical Directors. Grace Assisted Living is excited to announce our new hospice company, Grace Care Hospice, to provide a variety of health care services through our affiliated companies including home health nursing, rehabilitation, and counseling.
Support as we age is a family’s number one concern. It takes a lot off our residents’ shoulders when they know a little help is just a button push away. They know someone is always close by.
Teamwork is essential in assisted living and the administrator and their staff are an important part of the bridge that Grace builds between the senior living community and residents’ families. Family members appreciate being able to ask questions and get answers as they navigate between their family member and their new environment.

I did an impromptu walk through and was very pleased! The facility smelled and looked very lovely and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The residents were pleasant as well. Upon first glance, this facility looked like a very nice place to live or work in.
My mother moved to Grace just under a year ago and everything has been fantastic. The facility is always nice and clean. The plethora of activities has alleviated any concerns about social isolation. The communication lines with the office and nurse are always open and any discussions, conversations are clear and concise with no jumbled word salads strewn in. The staff, though, is what makes Grace a wonderful place. The caregivers we’ve dealt with genuinely care, and it is truly comforting to see, and hear of, the kindness and at times, playful sassiness, that occurs in their interactions. Our family has peace of mind knowing that Mom is being cared for at Grace. Thanks to all who are working there.
